  • 1 taza de yogurt griego<\/li>
  • 1 medida de My Perfect Shake Tiramis\u00fa (2 cucharadas medidoras)<\/li>
  • 1\/2 paquete de galletas bajas en kcal o de avena sin az\u00facar<\/li>
  • 1\/2 taza de caf\u00e9 americano<\/li><\/ul>

    PARA DECORAR<\/strong><\/p>

    • 1\/2 taza de cocoa en polvo<\/li><\/ul>

      NOTA<\/strong><\/p>

      Puedes usar tambi\u00e9n My Perfect Shake Espresso Cocoa y agregar al caf\u00e9 sabor “sensaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica” para dar ese toque al tiramis\u00fa.<\/p>

      MODO DE PREPARACI\u00d3N <\/strong><\/p>

      1.Revolver la taza de yogur y la medida de My
      Perfect Shake tiramis\u00fa ( si es necesario
      agrega un poco de leche)
      Reservar
      3.En otro bowl coloca el caf\u00e9 y remoja una por
      una de las galletas
      5. En un vasitos o en un recipiente, coloca una
      cama de galletas humedecidas
      6. Agrega un poco de la mezcla, una galleta o
      galletas y repite el proceso, una vez
      terminado, espolvorea con la cocoa en polvo<\/p>
